At first I thought 2010 could be a little better than 2009 but now I'm not so sure. Baby boomers are retiring and hoping to sell their assets yet unfortunately there are not that many non baby boomers who can afford expensive assets especially at this point in time. If you are a baby boomer dump the junk and keep the quality pieces. Quality always sells. Marginal pieces are toast.
